cURRENT Positions available:
Landscape Maintenance Team Members $45k – $50k Annually
You will be trained by a current landscape foreman on all aspects of installation and/or maintenance. From day one you will be learning how to install hardscapes, softscapes, patios, rock walls as well as install plants and lay out beds. You will also learn how to maintain landscapes by cutting new edges, mulching, and trimming and pruning plants the Horizon Landscapes wPlant/Product knowledge as well as quality leadership is essential for this position.
Landscape Sales & Design Team Member, $45k – $55k Annually
Our Landscape Sales/Design position is a unique opportunity to combine strong design experience with a passion for business development. This position is responsible for providing clients with unique design ideas, developing, and communicating proposals and closing the sale.
You will be required to take detailed on-site notes, and thorough pictures of each and every jobsite while providing recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues. You will build out a detailed estimate that takes the project from beginning to the end, ensuring that the client is receiving what they requested in their design and project while selling to client with ongoing communication throughout the project.
Qualification requirements
We are excited to expand our business development efforts by adding a team member with the following skills and experience:
· 3-5 years of sales and business development experience
· 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture
· Excellent plant, irrigation, grading, and drainage knowledge for landscape plans
· Excellent hardscape & softscape knowledge for construction plans
· Creative critical thinking and analysis
· Experience with or ability to quickly learn estimating software
Landscape Team Members, $40k – $45k Annually
Maintenance/Landscape Team Members work as a unified team under the direct supervision of your Foreman or Crew Leader. They are responsible for completing landscape installation/maintenance jobs of high quality and in an efficient manner.

Design, Build, Maintain Fast Track Program (High School 16 – 18 years old)
We have developed a structured summer paid program to give a brief industry overview while working along side our Hardscape, Softscape, and Maintenance divisions.
- $14 – $16.00 an hour
- Horizon Scholarship towards a degree in the Landscape Industry
