Landscape Sales & Design Team Member

Our Landscape Sales/Design position offers a unique opportunity to merge strong design skills with a passion for business development. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with innovative design ideas, developing and presenting proposals, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking detailed on-site notes and thorough photographs at each job site.
• Offering recommendations on conservation and sustainability practices.
• Creating comprehensive estimates that outline the project from start to finish, ensuring clients receive exactly what they requested.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the project to keep them informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

We are excited to expand our business development efforts and are looking for a team member with the following skills and experience:

• 3-5 years of sales and business development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture.
• Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation, grading, and drainage for landscape plans.
• Proficiency in hardscape and softscape construction plans.
• Creative critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Experience with estimating software or the ability to quickly learn new software.
